For more than 12 years now, she develops her field of fundamental research on prospective about enchantment, influence and customer experience online & offline. In 2019, she published a book about « Mountain Resorts Management & Marketing » (Territorial, Presses Universitaires du Sport) and she started to work on a PhD on the upscaling of mountain destinations by co-developing and co-branding with brands. As a professional public speaker and a host who also loves to write, her range of topics goes from social media, marketing strategy and all the way to consumers behaviour around the world. Trend forecasting runs as the common theme across all presentations alongside the ever-present entrepreneurial perspective. She is invited all over the world to speak about the future of marketing & communication in the hospitality and tourism industries.
